Q. Is it safe to give online?

Yes. our service provider, Vanco Services, is designated as a PCI (Payment Card Industry) Level 1 Compliant Service Provider. That means that customer transaction data is managed under the highest security standards in the industry.

Q. Can I make a one-time contribution?

Yes, simply choose “One Time” from the giving frequency drop down. You will also be able to choose the date that the contribution is deducted from your account.

Q. How does a recurring donation work?

If you are giving the exact same amount choose weekly or monthly from the giving frequency drop down.  If your giving amount will change please check one time giving.

Q. Can I change my gift once I have set it up?

Yes, as long as you created a profile when you initially set up your gift. Simply log in and make your change. If you need help making a change to your giving, please contact Melody Jett.

Q. Will I still receive regular contribution statements from the church?

Yes, all online contributions will be credited to your account and will appear on your yearly statement.

Q. Can I print a copy for my records?

Yes, once your payment is finalized you will be given the option to print your receipt. Creating a profile will allow you to log in at any time and see a history of your contributions.

Q. Do I have to create a profile every time I want to give?

No, you only need to create a profile one time. After that each time you revisit the online giving page, please just login with the email and password you used to create the profile, initially. If you have already set up a profile please do not make more than one.  If you are not able to sign in or if you forget your password please call the church office.

Q. Do I have to create a profile for my child?

Yes, please create a profile for them so the credit will go to them and not to you.
